- Any use of third-party programs or software to gain unfair advantages is strictly forbidden.
- Result: Permanent ban without warning.
- Found a bug? Report it via Discord PM Great Lord or Global Chat.
- Abusing bugs will result in instant punishment (including possible character deletion).
- Any method to gain an unfair edge over others is considered cheating.
- Staff reserves the right to judge each case individually and punish accordingly.
- Do not share or sell accounts.
- Staff will not assist with issues from shared/traded accounts.
- We will never ask for your password.
- No begging for items.
- No scamming other players.
- No impersonating or manipulating staff.
- Abuse may result in account suspension, depending on severity.
- The following are strictly prohibited:
- Real-life threats, intimidation, or encouraging violence.
- Keep the trashtalk In-Game and not explicit real-life threats.
- Attack the character name, not the person behind the screen.
- Racism, sexism, hate speech, or any form of discrimination.
- Doxxing or sharing another person's personal information.
- Beefing, trash talk, dissing, trolling, and banter are allowed. If you can't handle it, use the mute/block features.
- Pretending to be staff or using staff-like names/guilds is forbidden.
- Result: Immediate deletion of character/guild + Lifetime ban.
- Promoting other servers or commercial products is strictly prohibited.
- Result: Permanent ban.
- Feel free to create any Drama but do not make accusations in public channels.
- Use the Report Forum for issues such as ninja looting or staff abuse.
- Avoid using in-Game tickets or world chat for complaints.
- NOT Allowed.
- Staff will not provide support for RMT-related issues.
- No one affiliated with any gaming company may access this website.
- By donating, you waive all legal rights regarding your donation.
- No refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Any donations made to the server are non-refundable. Please note that buying credits and donations are two different things.
- We do NOT sell credits and we ONLY accept donations made willingly by the account user. Donation is not mandatory or forced by the user.
- All donation amounts have their own Credit Points and Donation Rewards for contribution in keeping the server operation with its monthly expenses.
- Any donation made is non-refundable under any circumstances, including: Rule violation Bans, Dissatisfaction with service, Missing donation receipts.
- Whether you have donated once or 100 times, it doesn't matter, you are still equal to any other player(s) who have not donated, and will receive the same kind of support.
- There will be no distinction between players. This means that whether the players are donors or not, the treatment will be the same. We made no biased for anyone and all equally.
- If the rules are broken, donors can also be banned like any player. Please note: If the rules are broken, donors can be banned. This doesnt mean you donate so you can break the rules.
- If for some reason a donor is banned from the Game, all items in his account(s) will be locked along with the account. It will also not be returned to him/her under any circumstances.
- Lord MU management does not issue refunds for any digital products and services once the order has been shipped. Credit Points after donation made are instant delivery.
- A refund of a donated amount will only be made upon proof by the APPLICANT that the Credit Points currency remuneration contract has not been fulfilled by the SERVER.
- Attempted refund or chargebacks will result in permanent ban on all accounts linked to your IP and possible credit history consequences via a collections agency
- No replacements for lost/damaged items unless approved by Management and with authentic proof.
- You are solely responsible for your account safety.
- Lord MU is not liable for lost items, characters, or scams.
